This morning Ms. Molly and Ms. Emily read a wonderful Dr. Seuss story to us. Afterwards we were able to create a new substance called; "Oobleck". We made predictions about what we thought might happen when we added all the ingredients together. We read some words that describe how the Oobleck might feel and then we conducted the experiment. What fun! We were even able to take some home today to share with our families!
Welcome to our Life Studies Blog! This is the place where you can come to see and listen to what is happening in Kindergarten in regards to science! We have a wonderful 4 Winds science education program that is run and lead by parents. In Kindergarten we also do a lot of outside discovery within the natural world. Young children are curious and great observers. We spend lots of time in the natural world looking for patterns, similarities and connections.
