Welcome to our Life Studies Blog! This is the place where you can come to see and listen to what is happening in Kindergarten in regards to science! We have a wonderful 4 Winds science education program that is run and lead by parents. In Kindergarten we also do a lot of outside discovery within the natural world. Young children are curious and great observers. We spend lots of time in the natural world looking for patterns, similarities and connections.

We learned that:
frogs are born in the water frogs live on land frogs camouflage themselves to hide from predators frogs jump frogs are great swimmers
An interesting facts about frogs!
The bigger the frog, the deeper their voice is!
Some frogs can lay up to 20,000 eggs!

Taking Care Mural!
This morning we began creating and designing a mural of how we take care of ourselves, our community, our school and our world. The children are working collaboratively together to create a colorful mural that represents what we do to take care of our planet. The photographs were taken by the children.
